CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to execute an agreement, substantially in the form of that attached, with Clayton Jackson McGhie Memorial, Inc. (“CJMM”) for the operation of the Clayton Jackson McGhie Memorial (“Memorial”).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an agreement with CJMM for the operation of the Memorial. CJMM agrees to partner with the city and to provide guidance and stewardship in the operation of the Memorial.
