CITY PROPOSAL:

RESOLVED, that agreement no. 22707 between St. Louis County, the city of Hermantown and the city of Duluth to provide for payment by the city to the county for the city’s share of costs of the traffic signal timing plan update project be amended in the estimated amount of $3,958.68 for a new total of $22,676.82.  Payable from Street Lighting Fund 550, city project no. 1457.

 

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  Resolution 15-0783, passed on November 23, 2015, authorized an agreement with St. Louis County and the city of Hermantown to collect the city’s share of the costs for a plan to re-time traffic signals on TH53, TH194, and other signals in the mall area.  This increase is needed in order to add four additional intersections to the study.  This resolution will authorize an increase of $3,958.68 in the city’s share for a new total of $22,676.82, payable from Street Lighting Fund 550, city project no. 1457.
