RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PERMANENT EASEMENT FOR UTILITY PURPOSES WITHIN THE BLUESTONE DEVELOPMENT AT NO COST TO THE CITY.

CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to accept a permanent easement for utility purposes from BlueStone Commons’ Owners’ Association, Inc., a Minnesota corporation (“Grantor”) substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 1, at no cost to the city, over real property depicted in Exhibit A and described in Exhibit B to said Exhibit 1.
