CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Duluth city council hereby approves the permanent expansion of the designated serving area of the following on sale intoxicating liquor license for the period beginning September 1, 2016 and ending August 31, 2017, subject to departmental approvals:
Grandma’s Sports Bar & Grill, INC (Bellisio’s Italian Restaurant), 405 Lake Ave South, to include the seating area to the right of the doorway, next to the building.as shown in attachment A.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: PURPOSE: The permanent expansion of the designated serving area of the on sale intoxicating liquor license of Bellisio’s Italian Restaurant was reviewed and recommended for approval by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their August 3rd meeting.
