RESOLVED, that the city administration will bring forward an ordinance amending the Duluth City Code to update city regulations with regard to labor and wage policies and business subsidies by December 31, 2016.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The purpose of this resolution of intent is to have the administration bring forward an ordinance clarifying the city’s policies and requirements concerning business subsidies and labor and wage policies by December 31, 2016.
