CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to execute a license agreement (“Agreement”), substantially in the form as that attached hereto as Exhibit A, with the Duluth economic development authority (“DEDA”), to allow the Duluth fire department to utilize DEDA property in the Bayfront area for vehicles, personnel and equipment related to a training event scheduled for September 19 and 20, 2016, at no cost to the city.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the city to enter into a license agreement with DEDA to allow the Duluth fire department to utilize DEDA property in the Bayfront area for vehicles, personnel and equipment during a training event scheduled to be held September 19 and 20, 2016, on board the retired cutter Sundew.
