CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that contract 22217 with LHB, Inc. for professional engineering services for design of the Congdon Boulevard Slope Repair to be constructed from 7801 Congdon Boulevard to 89th Avenue East be amended to include professional services for additional retaining wall work and to increase the amount by $23,778 for a new total of $140,918. The working fund will be Disaster Recovery Fund 225, Department 125 (Finance), Division 1808 (Disaster Aid Revenues), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), city project no. 1324. This increase will be supplemented by Municipal State Aid funds.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution amends contract 22217 with LHB, Inc. by an estimated amount of $23,778. This amendment is for the construction phase of the Congdon Boulevard Slope Repair project. City staff requires assistance for design of an additional 400 linear foot wall. Work has been added due to unforeseen erosion along Congdon Boulevard. The working fund will be Disaster Recovery Fund 225, Department 125 (Finance), Division 1808 (Disaster Aid Revenues), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), requisition no. 14-0378, city project no. 1324. This increase will be supplemented by Municipal State Aid funds.
