CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to amend Agreement 22638 with Hoisington Koegler Group, Inc., substantially in the form of that attached as Exhibit A, for additional professional services to review the current draft and finalize the master plan for the development of a St. Louis River Estuary National Water Trail, an increase of $11,000, for an amended total not to exceed $66,820, payable from Tourism and Recreational Projects Fund 452; Finance 030; Improvements Other than Buildings 5530; Project: HANDHTAX-1516 - Half & Half Tax Projects, National Water Trail.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an amendment to Agreement 22638 with Hoisington Koegler Group, Inc., for additional professional services to review the current draft, determine priorities, phasing and estimated budget for desired improvements, complete a final draft, and finalize the master plan for the development of a St. Louis River Estuary National Water Trail per the proposal attached as Exhibit A, an increase of $11,000, for an amended total not to exceed $66,820.
The original agreement was presented to and approved by City Council on September 14, 2015; Resolution No. 15-0630R.
