CITY PROPOSAL:

RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to accept a permanent easement for drainage purposes from Andrew E. Likar and Amy L. Likar, joint tenants, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 1, at no cost to the city, over real property legally described and depicted in Exhibit A to Exhibit 1.

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This resolution authorizes acceptance of a permanent drainage easement over a portion of property at 1119 North 40^th Avenue East.  The engineering division will be installing a stormwater pipe to improve an ongoing drainage problem at this location.
