CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the city of Duluth does hereby accept, as a gift from the Duluth Softball Players Association (DSPA), a $5,000 contribution to be deposited into fund 452-030-4660 (tourism & recreation projects, finance, gifts and donations, project HANDHTAX-1505, Wheeler Athletic Complex), for new dugouts on field two and three at Wheeler Athletic Complex.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the city hereby expresses its appreciation for this gift on behalf of the city and its citizens.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution is to accept a $5,000 gift from the Duluth Softball Players Association. The contribution is to implement a portion of the West Duluth Sports Corridor Mini-Master Plan, attached hereto as exhibit A, and will focus on new dugouts on field two and three at Wheeler Athletic Complex.
