CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following on sale liquor license and Sunday license for the period ending August 31, 2017, respectively, subject to departmental approvals, without further restrictions:
PARK POINT MARINA INN, LLC (PARK POINT MARINA INN), 1023 MINNESOTA AVE, DULUTH, MN 55802 with Robert Maki 50% and Terry Anderson 50%.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The application of Park Point Marina Inn & Suites, LLC for an on sale liquor license and Sunday liquor license has been reviewed by the police department, and the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission reviewed the application at their meeting held on February 1st and are recommending approval.
