CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that contract 22792 with SRF, Inc. for professional engineering services for the Arrowhead/Kenwood and West Cleveland Street signal improvements be amended to increase the amount by $4,500 for a new total of $217,658, payable from Permanent Improvement Fund 411, Department 035 (Capital Projects Accounts), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), city project no. 1468.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution will authorize an amendment to the contract with SRF, Inc. for the Arrowhead/Kenwood and West Cleveland Street signal improvements. This amendment includes costs to review the fiber optic test results to ensure contractor compliance with the specifications, and to help pay for additional design fees to provide a signal pole foundation to be attached in bedrock. Additional design engineering costs to be reimbursed by Municipal State Aid.
