CITY PROPOSAL:

                     BE IT RESOLVED,  that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the temporary expansion of the designated serving area of the following on sale intoxicating liquor license and on sale beer and wine license, subject to departmental approvals, with any specific restrictions:

                                          Grandma’s Inc. (Grandma’s Saloon and Grill CP), 522 Lake Avenue South, on sale intoxicating liquor license, for June 17, 2017, serving from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.;

                                          Grandma’s Angie’s Inc. (Little Angie’s Cantina), 525 Lake Ave South, on sale intoxicating liquor license, for June 17, 2017, serving from 8:00 .m. to 2:00 p.m.;

                                          Up North Taps, LLC (7 West Taphouse), 7 West Superior Street, on sale beer and wine license, for July 28, 2017, serving from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and July 12m 2018 from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  The Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission have reviewed the applications at their April 1^st commission meeting and are recommending approval.
