CITY PROPOSAL:

BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following on sale liquor license for the period ending August 31, 2017, respectively, subject to departmental approvals, without further restrictions:

PAUL’S WIND AND CIDER, LLC (THE SLIP), 325 SOUTH LAKE AVE, STE #109, DULUTH, MN 55802  with Paul Christensen, owner/manager as provided in attachment A.

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:   The application of Paul’s Wine and Cider, LLC for an on sale liquor license has been reviewed by the police department, and the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission reviewed the application at their meeting held April 5^th and are recommending approval.
