RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF ON SALE 3.2 PERCENT MALT LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWALS FOR THE PERIOD BEGINNING MAY,1 2017, AND ENDING APRIL 30, 2018

CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby issues on sale 3.2 percent malt liquor license renewals for the period beginning May 1, 2017 and ending April 30, 2018, subject to departmental approvals and the payment of sales and property taxes, and all city owed charges, as provided for in the Duluth City Code, to the applicants listed on Attachment A.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution establishes the Duluth City Council’s decision to approve the on sale 3.2 percent on sale malt liquor license renewals for the period beginning May 1, 2017 and ending April 30, 2018. The Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission reviewed this matter on April 5, 2017 and recommends the City Council approve the renewals.
