CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement, substantially in the form of the attached document A, with Arrowhead Regional Corrections, for use of six desk spaces and telephone services in the west police station located at 5830 Grand Avenue, Duluth, Minnesota, to be used by Arrowhead Regional Corrections, at a cost of $2,000 for a term ending August 31, 2018, funds to be deposited in fund number 110-121-1107-4320 (General Fund, Public Administration, Information Technology, MIS Services).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The purpose of this resolution is to approve a reimbursement agreement with the Duluth police department for the use of desk space at the West Police Station and telephone services to be used by Arrowhead Regional Corrections. The reimbursement agreement will continue through August 31, 2018 with the option of two additional one-year periods.
