CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the assessment roll attached as Exhibit A, levied to defray the assessable portion of the following is hereby confirmed and interest rate set at 3.14 percent:
Street resurfacing as part of the City’s Street Preservation Program
a. Skyline Pkwy from Mesaba Ave to Kenwood Ave Reclamation and Asphalt Paving
The total assessable amount of this project (Contract 2016003 - Fund 440) is $66,050.42.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution confirms the assessable portion of the above-related projects at a rate of $13.89 per front foot due to actual project costs being lower than the estimated amount of $21.25 per front foot in the ordering in resolution # 16-0237R passed on April 11, 2016.
