CITY PROPOSAL:

                     BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth approves the permanent expansion of the designated serving area of the following on sale intoxicating liquor license for the period ending August 31, 2017, subject to departmental approvals, and the payment of sales and property taxes and utilities:

                                          Zenith Asset Company (Inn on Lake Superior),350 Canal Park Drive, to allow sales of open containers from the gift shop to guests to consume anywhere on the hotel property, including guest rooms.

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The application by Zenith Asset Company for permanent expansion of their liquor license was reviewed by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their May 3^rd meeting and are recommending approval.  The police department has reviewed this application and have approved the application.
