CITY PROPOSAL: BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following on sale intoxicating liquor license for the period ending August 31, 2017, respectively, subject to departmental approvals, without further restrictions:
Duluth Coffee Company, Inc. (Duluth Coffee Company) with Eric Faust 100%, owner as provided in attachment A.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The application of Duluth Coffee Company, Inc. (Duluth Coffee Company), for an on sale intoxicating liquor license has been reviewed by the police department, and the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission reviewed the application at their June 7, 2017 meeting and is recommending approval.
