RESOLVED, that Resolution 16-0846, adopting license, permit, fine, penalty and other charges for 2017, be amended to add the following fee:
City wide 2017
Data practices fee for search and retrieval - After first 15 minutes (per hour) $35.00
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution establishes an hourly rate to cover the cost of searching for, retrieving, and forwarding data in response to city data requests in accordance with the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, codified in Chapter 13 of the Minnesota Statutes.
