Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  The purpose of this resolution is to reprogram $68,645.53 from the FY 2015 and 2016 HUD grant award associated with program administration to FY 2016 and FY 2015 projects. This reprogramming accomplishes a transfer of funds from the CDBG Administration category to the FY 2015 and 2016 projects to account for city staff time spent managing the projects. Further adjustments, consistent with changes recommended to the city by HUD, will be completed later in the year associated with FY 2017 projects. There is no net change to city activities or to the listed projects resulting from the reprogramming in this resolution.
