CITY PROPOSAL:

                     BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth issues the following on sale intoxicating liquor license, Sunday license and approves issuance of a 2:00 a.m. beverage license for the period ending August 31, 2018, subject to department approvals and further subject to approval of the Liquor Control Commissioner:

                                          Nyanyika Banda, (Martha’s Daughter), 107 East Superior St, with Nyanyika Banda, 100 percent owner.

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  The application for the on sale intoxicating liquor license and on sale Sunday license was reviewed by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their August 2^nd meeting. The application was approved unanimously by the commission.
