RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF A TEMPORARY ON SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE TO CHURCHES UNITED IN MINISTRY.

CITY PROPOSAL:

                     BE IT RESOLVED,                      that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following temporary on sale intoxicating liquor license subject to departmental approvals and further subject to approval of the liquor control commissioner:

                                          Churches United in Ministry, 102 West 2^nd Street, on October 21, 2017, with Mary Schmitz, manager. Event to be held at St. Michael’s Catholic Church from 6:00p.m.-9:00 p.m.

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  The application of CHUM for a temporary on sale liquor license was approved by the police department and was reviewed by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their meeting on October 4th and was unanimously approved.
