CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the transfer of stock of the following on sale intoxicating liquor license and on sale Sunday license and dancing license for the period ending August 31, 2018, subject to departmental approvals;
Wayzata Duluth Hospitality Associates, LLC (Radisson Harborview Hotel), 505 West Superior Street, with Chris Plourde 45%, Brad Fleahman 21.4%, Pete Liupakka 14.3%, Bay Ridge Properties (inactive) 19.3% stockholders.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission reviewed this application at their November meeting and the application for transfer of stock for the on sale liquor license was unanimously approved by the commission.
