CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the transfer of the following brewery malt liquor on sale (taproom) and brewery malt liquor off sale (growler) and on sale Sunday license (taproom only) and 2:00 a.m. (taproom only) for the period ending August 31, 2018, subject to departmental approvals, and the payment of sales and property taxes:
Bent Paddle Brewing Company, 1912 West Michigan Street, transferred to 1832 West Michigan Street.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The application of Bent Paddle Brewing Company,1832 West Michigan Street, for transfer of the liquor license from Bent Paddle Brewing Company, 1912 West Michigan Street has been reviewed by the police department, and the application was reviewed and approved by the alcohol, gambling and tobacco commission at the December 6, 2017, meeting.
