CITY PROPOSAL:

RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to pay St. Louis County for shared access to software and services associated with NEMESIS, including Shield UF, eMerts Suite, and MDC-Pass thru CJDN Nemesis (in-car connect) during year 2017 for a total amount of $113,831.75, payable from 110-160-1610-5414 (General Fund, Police, Administration and Investigation, Software Licenses and Maintenance Agreements).

 

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This resolution authorizes a payment to St. Louis County for shared access to software and services associated with NEMESIS for a total amount of $113,831.75 payable from the general fund.

 

NEMESIS is designed to provide shared integrated resources for regional public safety agencies to track information, incidents, and cases throughout the criminal justice system. It connects local and statewide criminal and court systems to strengthen public safety in Minnesota.
