RESOLVED, that the appointment by Mayor Larson of city Councilor Joel Sipress to the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Duluth for a term expiring on January 2, 2022, is confirmed.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution confirms the appointment of City Councilor Joel Sipress to the Duluth Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) for a term length that coincides with his current City Council term. Councilor Sipress is the Chair of the City Council Intergovernmental Relations Committee; his current City Council term expires January 2, 2022.
