CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following consumption and display license for the period ending March 31, 2019, subject to departmental approvals, payment of sales and property taxes, and further subject to approval of the Liquor Control Commissioner:
Kristen Sawyer, Superior Studios, INC, (Board & Brush) 732 East 4th Street
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The consumption and display license would allow patrons to bring their own alcohol beverages into the studio during painting classes. The application was reviewed at the February 7, 2018 Alcohol Beverage Board and was unanimously approved.
