CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to execute an agreement, substantially the same as the attached Exhibit A, with Animal Allies Humane Society, for the operation of an adoption program within the city of Duluth.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the proper city officials to execute an agreement with Animal Allies Humane Society for the continuing operation of an adoption program. Animal Allies has been operating the program out of their facility for several years. This agreement is a renewal of a previous agreement between the parties that was executed in 2013.
