CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Duluth City Council approves the following temporary expansion of the designated serving area of the on sale intoxication liquor license, subject to departmental approvals and any specific restrictions:
AVI, LLC, (Boat Club Restaurant) Taste of Fitgers, 600 East Superior Street, for March 30, 2018, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The application of AVI, LLC (Boat Club Restaurant) 600 East Superior Street, Inc. for a temporary expansion of their on sale intoxicating liquor license was reviewed and unanimously approved by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission meeting on March 7, 2018.
