CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby issues the Duluth Women’s Club and Park Point Marina Inn and Suites, LLC, and Superior Studios, INC consumption and display license renewals for the period beginning April 1, 2018 and ending March 31, 2019, subject to departmental approvals and the payment of sales and property taxes, and all city owed charges, as provided for in the Duluth City Code, to the applicants listed on Attachment A.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution establishes the Duluth City Council’s decision to approve the Duluth Women’s Club and Park Point Marina Inn and Suites, LLC consumption and display license renewals for the period beginning April 1, 2018 and ending March 31, 2019. The Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission reviewed this matter on March 7, 2018 and recommends the City Council approve the renewals.
