RESOLUTION ISSUING A TEMPORARY ON SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE TO GRANDMA’S MARATHON - DULUTH, INC, CANAL PARK DRIVE AND BUCHANAN STREET.

CITY PROPOSAL:

                     BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby issues the following temporary on sale intoxicating liquor license, subject to departmental approvals without any further restrictions:

                     Grandma’s Marathon - Duluth, INC, Canal Park Drive and Buchanan Street, for June 15th- 17th, 2018, with Linda Hanson as Manager.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:   The application of the Grandma’s Marathon - Duluth, INC for a temporary on sale intoxicating liquor license has been reviewed by the police department, and the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission reviewed the application at their March 7^th   meeting and is recommending approval.
