CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A, with Pyrotechnic Display Inc. for the materials and services necessary to plan and execute a fireworks display for the public on July 4, 2018 in the amount of $43,000.00, payable from 258-030-5436-12 (Tourism Tax Allocation Miscellaneous)
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes a contract with Pyrotechnic Display, Inc. (“Pyrotechnic”) for the materials and services necessary to plan and execute a fireworks display for the public on July 4, 2018.
Pyrotechnic’s services will include creating a fireworks display fully choreographed to music, including high quality pyrotechnics, musical soundtrack, communications equipment, all necessary permits, and state-certified fireworks personnel.
