CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Duluth City Council approves the following temporary expansion of the designated serving area of the on sale brew license, subject to departmental approvals and any specific restrictions:
Bent Paddle Brewing Co, 1912 West Michigan Street, for May 12, 2018, for Festiversary, from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The application of Bent Paddle Brewing Co. for a temporary expansion of the designated serving area of their on sale brew license was reviewed and unanimously approved by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission meeting on April 4, 2018.
