RESOLVED, that the assessment roll attached as Exhibit A, levied to defray the assessable portion of the following is hereby confirmed:
Street resurfacing as part of the City’s Street Preservation Program
a. Congdon Boulevard
The total assessable amount of this project (Finance Contract No. 2016013, Fund 440) is $155,382.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution confirms the assessable portion of the above-related project at the rate of $11.60 per front foot due to actual project costs being lower than the estimated amount of $14 per front foot in the ordering in resolution # 16-0777R passed on November 21, 2016.
