CITY PROPOSAL:

Be it resolved that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the transfer of the following off sale intoxicating liquor license for the period ending August 31, 2018, subject to department approvals, the payment of sales and property taxes, and further subject to the approval of the Liquor Control Commissioner:

                      Red Carpet Bottle House, Inc. (Shanty Bottle Shop), 1231 East 4^th Street, transfer of the off sale intoxicating liquor license to Shanty Bottle Shop 2.0, Inc. (Shanty Bottle Shop), 1231 East 4^th Street, Leon Situ, 50 percent owner and Wanmei Guan, 50 percent owner.

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This application for transfer of the off sale liquor license to Shanty Bottle Shop 2.0 Inc. (Shanty Bottle Shop) 1231 East 4^th Street has been reviewed and approved by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their May 2, 2018 meeting.
