RESOLUTION APPROVING APPOINTMENT OF JEFF ANDERSON TO THE DULUTH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT JOINT ZONING BOARD

CITY PROPOSAL:
WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 360.063, Subdivision 3, and the Duluth International Airport Zoning Ordinance enacted by the Duluth International Airport Joint Zoning Board on April 18, 1988, the city shall appoint four members to the Duluth International Airport Joint Zoning Board for a term of three (3) years each.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mayor Emily Larson hereby appoints Jeff Anderson as city representative member for the Duluth International Airport Joint Zoning Board effective May 29, 2017 for a term of three years.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution appoints Jeff Anderson to the Duluth International Airport Joint Zoning Board. Anderson is a former Duluth City Councilor and Duluth Economic Development Authority Commissioner.
