CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Duluth City Council approves the following on sale brewery malt liquor license and brewery malt liquor off sale and Sunday (taproom) license for the period ending August 31, 2019, with Benjamin Hugus (70%), Mark Hugus (10%), Erin Eisch (10%), David Hugus (10%) owners, subject to departmental approvals and the payment of sales and property taxes and utilities.

Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The application of Ursa Minor Brewing has been reviewed by the police department, and the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their June meeting and is recommending the application for approval.
