CITY PROPOSAL:

                     BE IT RESOLVED, that the Duluth City Council approves the following temporary expansion of the designated serving area of the on sale intoxicating liquor license, subject to departmental approvals and any specific restrictions: The Duluth Police Department has approved the application.                     

                                          EVOL LLC. (Aces on 1^st), 113 West 1st Street, for July 13, 2018, from 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. with a rain date of July 20, 2018 same times.

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  The application of EVOL LLC. (Aces on 1^st) for a temporary expansion of the designated serving area of their on sale intoxicating liquor license was not reviewed by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission meeting due to a rescheduled July meeting.
