RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to execute an agreement in the form substantially attached as Exhibit A with AMI Consulting Engineers, for coordination of the temporary relocation of the William A. Irvin. for an amount not to exceed $49,750.00, payable from fund no: 450-030-5535-CP450-IRVIN (Capital Improvement Projects; Finance; Non-Capital Improvements)
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an agreement, substantially in the format attached as Exhibit A, for design, planning, inter-agency coordination, cost estimation, bidding, and construction administration for the movement of the William A. Irvin in and out of Minnesota Slip and for associated services including survey of the Minnesota Slip bridge opening and structural analysis of Minnesota Slip bridge abutments for an amount not to exceed $49,750.
