CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with JMF Construction, Inc. for the 2018 Citywide Catch Basin Improvements in the amount of $539,332.60, payable out of Stormwater Utility Fund 535, Department/Agency 500 (Public Works & Utilities), Division 1905 (Capital Improvements), Object 5533 (Revenue), city project no. 1740.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the 2018 Citywide Catch Basin Improvements project by JMF Construction, Inc. in the amount of $539,332.60. JMF Construction, Inc. was the lowest responsible bidder of the four companies that responded. The engineer’s estimate was $530,000. Payable out of Stormwater Utility Fund 535, Department/Agency 500 (Public Works & Utilities), Division 1905 (Capital Improvements), Object 5533 (Revenue), city project no. 1740, requisition no. 18-0094E.
