RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF OFF AND ON SALE INTOX-ICATING LIQUOR RENEWAL LICENSES FOR THE PERIOD BEGINNING SEPTEMBER 1, 2018, AND ENDING AUGUST 31, 2019.

CITY PROPOSAL:

                     BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves renewal of 153 off sale and on sale intoxicating liquor licenses for the period beginning September 1, 2018, and ending August 31, 2019, for issuance by the liquor control commissioner and further subject to departmental approvals, the payment of sales and property taxes, as provided for in the Duluth City Code, as listed on attachment A.

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  At the August 8^th, 2018   Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco commission  meeting, the clerk stated that all licensees have been sent their renewals and that any delinquent property or sales taxes and utility accounts must be paid in full for their renewal license to be issued.  The police department has also approved the renewal applications.  The commission unanimously approved the renewal applications
