CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby issues the following on sale 3.2 percent malt liquor license for the period ending April 30, 2019, and approves issuance of the following on sale wine license for the period ending August 31, 2019, subject to departmental approvals, the payment of sales and property taxes, and further subject to approval of the Liquor Control Commissioner;
Dovetail Café & Marketplace, LLC. (Dovetail Café & marketplace) 1917 West Superior Street, with Carmel; Demaioribus. 33 1/3% owner, and Timothy Bates, 33 1/3% owner, and Bryan French, 33 1/3% owner.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The applications of Dovetail Café & Marketplace for An on sale 3.2% beer license and on sale wine license were reviewed by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their meeting on February 7th, and were unanimously approved. The applicant will not be opening until September 1, 2018.
