CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials hereby authorize an agreement in the form substantially attached as Exhibit A with TKDA, for design, bidding documents, and construction administration for an amount not to exceed $50,500, payable from fund 450-030-5520-CP2015-1502B (Capital Improvements; Finance; Buildings and Structures; 2015 Capital Projects, City-Wide CIP Eligible Building Improvements)
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an agreement, substantially in the format attached as Exhibit A, for design of a new HVAC system at City Center West, including bidding documents and construction administration. City Center West is a multi-purpose facility that includes a fire hall, a police substation, a branch library, and a senior center. The new design will separate the existing Fire Hall HVAC system from the central Center City West HVAC system and redesign the central HVAC system for improved efficiency.
