CITY PROPOSAL:
WHEREAS, the chief administrative officer upon the direction of the mayor has recommended the appointment of Elena Foshay to the position of director, workforce development; and
WHEREAS, the City Charter requires the city council confirm this appointment.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council hereby confirms the appointment of Elena Foshay to the position of director, workforce development for the city of Duluth.
