RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PERMANENT EXPANSION OF THE DESIGNATED SERVING AREA OF THE ON SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE TO GRANDMA’S ANGIE’S INC. (LITTLE ANGIE’S CANTINA).

CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the permanent expansion of the designated serving area of the following on sale intoxicating liquor licenses, subject to departmental approvals, without any specific restrictions:
Grandma’s Angie’s Inc. (Little Angie’s Cantina) 525 Lake Avenue South, beginning August 28, serving from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.; In the event the City of Duluth reopens Buchanan Street, this expansion will become null and void and require no further action by the Duluth City Council.
