CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to execute a first amendment, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, to the Partner Agreement Regarding FY 2015 National Sexual Assault Kit Initiative Between the City of Duluth, St. Louis County, and Program for Aid to Victims of Sexual Assault, Inc. (city contract no. 22742) to extend the term of the agreement for one year.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The purpose of this resolution is to authorize an amendment to the partner agreement between the city of Duluth, St. Louis County, and the Program for Aid to Victims of Sexual Assault, Inc., concerning the City of Duluth 2015 Sexual Assault Kit Initiative Project, to extend the term of the agreement from September 30, 2018 to September 30, 2019.
