CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to accept a permanent easement for roadway and utility purposes, as more particularly described on the Easement Agreement attached as Exhibit 1, from Northern Tier Retail, LLC, at no cost to the city, over the real property legally described and depicted on Exhibit A to Exhibit 1.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the acceptance of a permanent easement for roadway and utility purposes from Northern Tier Retail LLC, at no cost to the city, over property adjacent to Superior Street in the Lakeside neighborhood near 53rd Avenue East.
