RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF A ONE DAY CONSUMPTION AND DISPLAY LICENSE TO UNITARIAN UNIVERSALIST CONGREGATION OF DULUTH.

CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following one-day consumption and display license for September 29, 2018, subject to departmental approvals, and further subject to approval of the Liquor Control Commissioner:
Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Duluth, 835 West College Street.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The consumption and display license would allow the church to have the congregation bring wine to drink during the fundraiser dinner. The application was reviewed at the September 5, 2018 Alcohol Beverage Board and was unanimously approved.
