CITY PROPOSAL:

RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to accept a permanent easement for roadway and utility purposes, as more particularly described on the Easement Agreement attached as Exhibit 1, from CMA Management LLC, at no cost to the city, over the real property legally described as the Eastern vacated half of 33rd Avenue West adjacent to the West side of Lot 1, Block 18, O’HARA’S DIVISION.

 

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This resolution authorizes the acceptance of a permanent easement for roadway and utility purposes from CMA Management LLC, at no cost to the city, over the Eastern vacated half of 33rd Avenue West between Superior Street and Michigan Street.
